Charles Spurgeon quote said let my thoughts become psalms, I found this an amazing way to think like the psalmist, who was inspired by the Holy Ghost as a pattern of how we should devote ourselves to God. For example “thy word have in hid in my heart that I might not sin against thee!” The word of God shapes our mentality and if we have the word in us we can fight and resist sin, if the word is not in us we are more prone to sin against God. So every 2 days we will have a short psalm or text we can hold on to, I say 2 days because perhaps you may have a personal text you may want to retain from your daily readings. Let’s memorize the word together. Amen.
